Careers at Our House are centered around individuals and providing quality individualized care so they can gain independence. Sometimes this independence happens for the first times in their lives. The impact and joy that we are fortunate enough to experience with our individuals’ lives over the years have been nothing short of miraculous. Equally as miraculous is the satisfaction that our team members express in being part of this transformation. Oftentimes they describe their career here as life changing.

Our House is more than a job. It’s a career filled with purpose. We have positions available at any given time as our organization is growing. We need talented people in various capacities. Currently employed are providers, coordinators, administrative staff, nurses, and more. We have part-time and full-time positions, all based on the requirements of the individuals that we serve. Check out our open positions and if nothing is available, no problem. Apply.

Our Competitive Advantage

Our House has low ratios, employs caring staff, and enjoys working with individuals with disabilities. Our organization is open to working with individuals of any ethnicity, race, religion, and sexual orientation, but tends to be more conservative as far as values. A significant advantage is that Our House strives to walk alongside individuals and their families to assist them in various transitions that occur in their lives, whether it be starting adult services, beginning respite, or moving into a host home.
